Food Banks Are Important Rotary Learns

Collins Cooper (below) introduced our guest speakers on Thursday. They were David Wolsey and Curt Kedley, who came to talk about the need to do more for those in our county who go hungry.



Before the speeches, we spent some time talking about the Red Cross Blood Drive being sponsored by the Rotary next Tuesday, August 19th, 2008 from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM at the Windsor Community Center. Lisa Street (below right) is signing up for the drive watched by David and Kurt, the day's speakers.





David Wolsey (below) opened the presentation, talking about the need for helping the poor and hungry, and the details were then covered by Curt Kedly.
