Joe Bass - JobLink - Addresses Rotary

Since he arrived at JobLink 5 years ago, Joe Bass, the Manager of JobLink, has been making a difference in our county. Yesterday, Joe talked with the members of rotary about the things that JobLink is doing, and the services they can provide to our citizens.
