PETA Poll Discloses Court Flaws

The Roanoke-Chowan News-Herald conducted a poll on how local people felt about this trial and its verdict. Here are the results as of today at 9:45 AM. Note the overwhelming opposition to the verdict decided by the voire dire rigged jury this judge arranged. The reality is that in America, judges get the verdict they want most of the time by picking the jurors from the ones the lawyers don't reject. The pretense is that some reasonable basis exists for excluding some jurors and including others. The truth is the judge simply picks the jury he wants and writes down excuses to justify his selection. If he is careful with what he writes, no one can challenge his choices. Our court system is a "rule of judges" system that has long since abandoned the "rule of law".

Sometime soon we must do something to fix the overwhelming court corruption in our nation. Judicial tolerance of frame jobs like Nifong conducted in the Duke Rape case and Fitzpatrick is conducting in the Libby perjury trial must end. The PETA verdict is part and parcel of that liberal directed system of so-called "justice".
