The Bertie County Arts Council held an open house today for their Featured Artist for December, Judy Overton of Windsor. The event was held at the Arts Council Gallery in Windsor.

Local art patrons have discovered that the quality of the art is always high and the prices are attractive at the Arts Council Gallery. These monthly shows are free and open to the public and are well attended. One reason is the great food that is always served.
