Bal Gra Harbor Announced

A second major development has been announced for Bertie County. Called Bal Gra Harbor, it will be on the eastern shore just north of Salmon Creek. Salmon Creek borders the Innsbrook Golf and Boating Community on the North. Innsbrook has gotten much publicity in the last year for its magnificent golf course plans and the 2 million cubic yards of dirt being moved in its creation.

With both Innsbrook and Bal Gra Harbor proceeding, the tax base of Bertie County could be expanded enough that we could consider lowering our excessive tax rates which are currently damaging our economy and driving business away. Bertie County could be on the verge of an amazing economic surge if we respond to the current opportunities correctly.
