The time is set and basketball fever is here so, you should be at this must see event. The event is being made possible through the support of local sponsors and the Windsor/Bertie County Chamber of Commerce.

The Harlem Rockets is gifted with talented, well-known, and trained players to perform comedy basketball at its finest. Many Traveling teams bring their opponents but the Harlem Rockets play against local community civil or youth organizations.

The Harlem Rockets have a wonderful winning streak but they know that all streaks usually come to an end just as the Harlem Globetrotters experienced. When the Rockets run on to the court against the Bertie County “All-Stars” they will meet another challenge of local community talent. The mission of the Harlem Rockets, win or lose, is to put on a great show.

The Rockets have such players as: Donnie “Dangerous” Seale (6’5”) a graduate of North Carolina State, Ricky “Rim Rocker” Lopes (7’1”) a graduate of Duquesne University, and Kevin “Showboat” Jackson from Loyola Marymount University.
